Shipping policy

When items are in stock, orders received after 11:30 am (EST) are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time will vary depending on distance from our fulfillment centers in Nevada and New Jersey and may be impacted by system or weather delays that are out of our control.

If the item you ordered is not currently in stock, we will give you our best estimate on when we expect the item to be back in stock and you will have the option to cancel the order and reorder again later. Please note that if there is a large demand, you will lose your "place in line" on the waitlist if you do cancel and you will be added to the end of the list when you reorder.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order, if shipped to an address in the continental United States, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, any shipping rates shown will be estimates until confirmed on your order confirmation. If you feel the amount charged for shipping is in error, please contact us at customerservice@pickupbricks.com so we can address the issue.

Expedited Shipping

2-Day Express shipping is now available to the continental U.S. Orders received before 11:30 am (EST) will ship the same day and be delivered within 2 business days. So an Express order placed on a Monday afternoon will ship out on Tuesday and be delivered by Thursday. This is not a guaranteed delivery but you can check on-time delivery performance here (5-10% of shipments may take an extra day or have other issues).

If you require a shipping service other than our Standard or Express service, please contact us at customerservice@pickupbricks.com with your shipping address and desired service and we will let you know the cost and availability. Delivery dates are subject to carrier performance and cannot be guaranteed. Please do not place your order online if you want to change the shipping option as any order placed online is automatically routed to our warehouse and shipped via our economy-level service. If you contact us with a special request, we can enter the order manually for you on our end.

Local delivery and In-store pickup

Unfortunately, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

International Shipping

At this time, we are not set up to process international orders automatically through the website. Please contact us directly at customerservice@pickupbricks.com and we will arrange the shipping directly. If we find a way to send you an order outside the United States, note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pick-Up Bricks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@pickupbricks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Depending on the shipping carrier used, some delivery addresses, such as post office boxes, may not be accepted for shipment.

If you feel the website tool that evaluates your address input is making an error, please contact us at customerservice@pickupbricks.com with your order number and desired ship-to address so we can try to remedy the situation.

Returns
Sales of Pick-Up Bricks toy vacuums from this website (pickupbricks.com) are considered Final Sales and will not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged in shipment, defective, or returned (with prior authorization) within 14 days unused and in new condition with all the included parts and original packaging. Returns of purchases made through Amazon are handled by Amazon, though we are happy to help with troubleshooting any problems you may have with the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@pickupbricks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to make it right. After troubleshooting the issue, we may determine that an item should be returned so that we can examine and/or repair it. 

Refunds
In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect shipment, your original purchase amount will either be applied to the cost of a replacement or refunded to your original payment method. We can provide you with a postage-paid label to ship the item back to us in its original packaging. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. Reasons a refund would not be approved include if the item is returned with parts missing if we determine that the damage was caused by misuse, or if the item is not received within 30 days of return authorization. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect or an incorrect shipment, please contact us at customerservice@pickupbricks.com to request a return authorization. You have 14 days from delivery to submit a request. Items returned unused and in new condition with all the included parts in the original packaging will receive a refund of the price paid for the item. Returns must be received within 21 days of the return authorization date. Unfortunately, we can't refund the shipping fee, and if we provide you a prepaid shipping label for the return, that cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
